This is an e-gift card that will be emailed to you when purchased. If you are after a physical gift card, please pop in to Artefact Store to purchase. All Artefact gift cards are valid for use in-store or online at artefact-artefact.com

Gift cards may not be exchanged if lost or stolen and expire 36 months from date of issue. Any remaining balance can be used for future purchases prior to the expiry of the card. Any balance that remains on the card at expiry will not be available for use.

Gift cards must be shown for redemption in-store. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.

Gift cards cannot be used to pay for Welded Chain & Piercing deposits. However they may be used to process the remaining payment at the time of your in-store appointment. 

At this stage we do not offer vouchers for piercing or welded appointment deposits.
