ARTEFACT RECYCLING PROGRAM
Artefact believes in a circular life for jewellery, which is why all of our pieces are crafted from precious, raw metals, such as solid gold & sterling silver that holds value & is completely recyclable.
This circular philosophy now extends into our new Artefact Recycling Program, where customers can bring in any pre-loved Artefact or other unwanted jewellery in exchange for a credit to be used in-store or online.
This initiative helps us to keep producing in a closed loop cycle, where metals are traded and then reimagined into our most loved styles.
How it works:
1. Bring your jewellery into our Newcastle store during opening hours or contact us via email with your full name, best email & postal address for a complimentary shipping label.
2. We test & weigh your metals then provide you with a total. Our exchange price per gram will be updated weekly.
3. Once the total has been accepted we will do an ID check then process the credit.
Please note we will only accept jewellery that is solid gold or sterling silver. We cannot accept plated, gold filled or vermeil.
