We will accept walk-ins where we can, but to avoid disappointment, we recommend making a booking.
Please let us know if you are unable to make your appointment. We require more than 24 hours notice of all cancellations, & in this instance, we will reschedule your appointment. If we are informed within 24 hours prior to your appointment, or you are a “no show”, you will be charged the appropriate cancellation fee for your chosen service.
We will hold your booking for 5-10 mins, but failure to arrive within this timeframe will result in a 'no show' cancellation fee being applied and your appointment will be cancelled.
When booking online you will receive a confirmation email - please make sure that the correct time, date & services have been selected. Please arrive 5-10 mins prior to your appointment time to fill out any paperwork & so you can begin to select your adornments.
